Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping PolicyOrders are processed daily from Tampa, Fl and are shipped the next business day via USPS priority mail.  Shipping times are typically 2 to 4 business days after processing but can vary due to location.  Please take into consideration that these timelines are only estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance. Our shipping carriers have stated they do not guarantee their ship times and, at times, the projected delivery window may take longer. After your order is processed, we will send your receipt and tracking information via email so that you are able to track your order at your own convenience.  

Delivery Policy: Delivery standards are determined by the carrier. If the carrier is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pickup or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if the package cannot be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure the carrier will not make another attempt for delivery.
